| Section 5 of the Charter of the Friendly Federal Credit Union is hereby amended to read as follows: The field of membership shall be limited to those having at least one of the following common bonds: 1. Employees of the Blast Furnace, Service Department (Brick-Carpenter-Garage-General Labor-Paint-Pool Gang-Restaurant-Slag Disposal-Tin Shop), By Products Department, and the Apprentice Department of Jones and Laughlin Steel Corporation who work in Aliquippa, Pennsylvania; 2. Employees of the following who work in the Pennsylvania locations named:

4. Members of the Raccoon Twp. Volunteer Fire Department in Aliquippa, Pennsylvania 5. Members of the Musical and Political Italian Club in Aliquippa, Pennsylvania, who qualify for membership in accordance with its constitution and bylaws as of April 1986 6. Employees, doctors, medical staff and technicians of the former Aliquippa Hospital, now U.P.M.C, who work in Aliquippa, Pennsylvania; volunteers who work at the above hospital under the supervision of the hospital staff 7. Members of Local 2372, United Steelworkers of America, in Aliquippa, Pennsylvania, who qualify for membership in accordance with its constitution and bylaws as of November 1988 and who work at the Lee C. Moore Corporation in Neville Island, Pennsylvania 8. Members of Local Lodge S-215, International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, who qualify for membership in accordance with its constitution and bylaws as of December 1992 9. Employees of the following who work in Aliquippa, Pennsylvania:

Groups of persons with occupational common bonds which are located within 25 miles of one of the credit union's service facilities, which have provided a written request for service to the credit union, which do not presently have credit union service available, and which have no more members in the group than the maximum number established by the NCUA Board for additions under this provision: Provided, however, that the National Credit Union Administration may permanently or temporarily revoke the power to add groups under this provision upon a finding, in the Agency's discretion, that permitting additions under this provision are not in the best interests of the credit union, its members, or the National Credit Union Share Insurance Fund; SEP 06/05/95. 11. Spouses of persons who died while within the field of membership of this credit union; employees of this credit union; persons retired as pensioners or annuitants from the above employment; members of their immediate families; and organizations of such persons.
